Sylmar is an indie-rock stoner jazz quintet from Cincinnati taking the rock genre to the meat grinder. Through contagious hooks and crafty crescendos, Sylmar songwriting conflicts – all the while charming audiences with their increasingly popular feverish live performances. Five sweet men with loud guitars, dynamic vocals, loose dance moves, and rollercoaster rhythms: writing memorable guitar rock for the ADD generation. Jeff Buckley plus Queen divided by Radiohead equals Sylmar. They have spent the last six years touring all coasts of the United States. They will embark on their first European tour in support of their third full length LP, set to be released in the fall of 2025.

NEW SINGLE+VIDEO: What unites Americans in 2025 besides the simultaneous distrust and reliance on big business? Bread. “White Bread” calls attention to the current state of America. Sylmar uses the symbol of “processed food” to advertise the decay of American ethos and its idealization of health, wealth and status, with a side of shredding guitar riffs.
